Our Vision

Our vision is that in 3 years time (2024-2027)

1. We will help each other to grow in discipleship
2. We will make the church a place of welcome for everyone
3. We will support those in need in the community and the world
4. We will encourage the care for the environment

We will help each other to grow in discipleship

By encouraging each other to open our hearts to the Holy Spirit. We will do this through personal prayer life, continuing bible studies, by striving to learn God’s plan for us and by living out what we believe. We will share fellowship inside and outside of church via our regular community events.

We will make the church a place of welcome for everyone

By inviting and welcoming individuals and groups to a wide variety of events, courses and services. We will look at new ways to welcome people.

We will support those in need in our community and the world

By prayer and actions, by being more aware of the needs of others and by make a lasting difference in our community and in the world.

We will encourage the care of the environment

By creating awareness of the need to recycle and introducing practical measures to implement things like use more fair-trade products, the use of sensors on lights and encourage people to be more aware of their surroundings both in church and neighbourhood.

Our prayer is that our vision will always be at the forefront of all that we do and we live the vision to fulfil our mission statement becomes that Holy Trinity Church becomes “A Christian presence in the community with a heart for Christ and each other.”
